UK Coffee Week™ is run by
Allegra Foundation, a registered charity (no. 1133540) established by
Allegra Group to provide sustainable clean water projects in deprived African communities related to the tea, coffee and food industries.
Allegra Foundation launched UK Coffee Week in 2011. This annual event provides a unique opportunity for branded coffee chains, independent coffee shops and industry suppliers to collaborate and celebrate the success of the industry while raising money for
Project Waterfall.
Watch our great video below to find out more about UK Coffee Week 2012, when over 364,100 people got involved in the programme. A big thank you to
Nick Kay for his fantastic work on the film.
The money raised since 2011 is currently making life-changing differences in Tanzanian communities.
