Raise money in-store or online

Throughout UK Coffee Week, thousands of coffee businesses of all shapes and sizes will fundraise by donating money from every cup of coffee they serve, hosting events such as latte art throw-downs, open mics and barista head-to-heads, or even organising town coffee crawls.

There are some other fundraising ideas for you below, but you can get as creative as you like, organising activities both in-store and online. 100% of the funds you raise go directly to Project Waterfall.

All you need to do is register to take part!

Fundraising ideas

For inspiration, take a look at our top fundraising tips or visit our UK Coffee Week Gallery to see how others have raised funds in the past.

We’re on hand to provide support before, during and after the week so if you have any questions just let us know!

Registering to take part

Registration is £25 per store up to 3 outlets, and £20 per store from 4-9. This fee helps fund the campaign and the cost of the fundraising kit you’ll receive.

If you are a social enterprise or multi-site operation with 10 or more sites, please get in touch with Emily at etaiano@allegra.co.uk.

Spread the word

We want to raise as much money for Project Waterfall as possible, and that means getting as many coffee shops involved in the week as we can!

Are there any coffee shops in your area that you’d like to see taking part? Has your coffee supplier heard about UK Coffee Week?

Spread the word and together we can make a real difference.
