How to pay in your fundraising

You can send us the money you raised through one of four ways…but before you do, please e-mail us providing the following information:

  1. Registration ID

  2. Coffee shop name (flagship) and City/Town located

  3. Number of sites that took part

  4. How much you raised in total/at each site

  5. Method of payment

This will help us keep an eye out for your payment and allow us to shout out about your fantastic efforts!


Paying in online is the simplest and easiest way to send in the funds you raised via online form.

bacs payment

Once we have received the above details we’ll send you an invoice in order for you to make the payment.

Pay over the phone

Please give us a call on 020 7691 8800, quoting your registration ID, name and coffee shop name, and our accounts department will take the payment over the phone.


Please make your cheque payable to The Allegra Foundation and send it to the below address:

**Important** Please include a note of your registration ID, name and flagship coffee shop name including City/Town, in the envelope so we can identify who the cheque is from.
