Latte Art Class
Teach your customers the basics of tulips, ferns and swans with this hands-on workshop.
As with the Coffee Cocktail Night, charge an entry fee for the class and donate all or a percentage of proceeds to Project Waterfall.
With so many flavours and profiles of coffee out there, use this to your advantage and host a cupping session for both staff and customers to attend. You could even profile a selection of coffees from the country that Project Waterfall funds will support this year!

Led by Filament Coffee, seven coffee shops across Edinburgh, known collectively as the Disloyal 7, organised a coffee crawl with customers around their stores, hosting a different activity at each venue.
From cuppings to latte art, guests on this crawl went away feeling fully caffeinated, and with a deeper understanding of Project Waterfall and UK Coffee Week.
