Serve Coffee & Change Lives

16 - 22 October 2023

Whether you’re a coffee shop, restaurant, hotel or garden centre – if you serve coffee, you can take part in UK Coffee Week and help empower coffee growing communities by raising funds for Project Waterfall.

All you have to do is register and a member of our team will be in touch to help you plan the week. We’ll send you a fundraising kit to decorate your store and we’ll be on hand to support you and help you make the most out of the campaign.

Doing good is good for business

There’s a reason why hundreds of coffee shops take part in UK Coffee Week year after year. Staff engagement goes up, footfall increases and customers love it.

88% of coffee outlets surveyed said taking part in UK Coffee Week made a positive impact on their business, from attracting new customers to sparking conversations about ethical and sustainable practice.

As a UK Coffee Week supporter, you will be featured on our map of participating businesses and will benefit from our national press campaign. We also have a strong regional focus spotlighting your business and encouraging customers to visit you during UK Coffee Week.

How It Works

Registration for UK Coffee Week 2023 is now open!

STEP 1: REGISTER

Sign up online in minutes. Registration costs just £25, and then £10 for each additional outlet.

A week before the campaign starts, you’ll be sent your fundraising kit and a digital pack full of tips and tricks. Our team will be on hand to support and help you make the most out of the week.

Please get in touch with hello@ukcoffeeweek.com if you would like more information.

STEP 2: PLAN YOUR WEEK

Once you sign up, a member of our team will be in touch to help you plan your week and get the most out of the campaign.

You’ll need to decide how you’re going to fundraise and how you’re going to communicate your involvement with your staff and customers.

You could:

  • Donate 10p from every cup of coffee sold

  • Run a raffle with loads of coffee-based prizes

  • Organise some exciting events for your coffee-loving customers

STEP 3: FUNDRAISE & CELEBRATE

First things first: crack open your fundraising kit and get your staff stuck into decorating your store. You’ll get balloons, bunting, posters and more. Then get fundraising!

Keep your customers up to date with what you’re doing by sharing on social media. Join the buzz by using the hashtag #UKCoffeeWeek and see what the rest of the community is getting up to.

STEP 4: CHANGE LIVES

Pay in the money you’ve raised and help change the lives of the communities who make your business possible.

You can make your donation online or via BACS.

100% of funds you raise will support Project Waterfall’s work bringing clean water to coffee-growing communities.
