Plan your week

Have you decided what you’ll do during UK Coffee Week? Your fundraising kit will soon be on its way; it contains everything you need to decorate your store and inform your customers about UK Coffee Week and Project Waterfall.

Decide if you’ll donate from every coffee sale or hold a fun competition, raffle, or event! You could hold a ‘guess the beans in the jar’ or ‘guess the origin of the coffee’ competition, or hold a coffee cocktail evening. For more detail on these, and more, visit Top fundraising ideas — UK Coffee Week

Don’t forget to brief your staff on why you’re taking part, so they can answer customers’ questions. We’ll be covering this in a future e-newsletter, so make sure you’ve added hello@ukcoffeeweek.com to your safe senders list, and we’re not going to your spam, to receive them.

What are you doing online? Schedule in some social media posts – an image of your decorations will be perfect for Insta. We’ll be sending out digital kits with logos and images you can use to share why you’re supporting the cause. They’ll also be added to our Supporter Portal, which you rec8ieve a link to upon registering.

Remember every penny raised goes to Project Waterfall’s vital work, thanks to our generous sponsors.
