As we begin to wrap up the UK Coffee Week 2018 campaign, we wanted to share a few highlights from around the country. From Espresso Martini's to raffles, coffee operators pulled out all the stops to celebrate coffee and raise funds for Project Waterfall.

Cakesmiths launch new Waterfall Cake to raise funds for Project Waterfall

We’re excited to announce that our partners at Cakesmiths are launching a brand-new cake which will be raising funds for Project Waterfall.

The Waterfall Cake is a decedent espresso caramel brownie that uses ground Ethiopian coffee from Clifton Coffee Roasters and 77% Belgian Chocolate. 50p from each tray bake will be supporting Project Waterfall, helping to bring clean drinking water to communities in the Jabi Tehnan district of Ethiopia.
